Work Conditioning Program
Work Conditioning is a rehabilitation program that starts with a job goal or training program in mind. The client starts therapy on a three-day-per-week, two-hour-per-day basis. Normal progression increases the duration to four days per week and advances to five days per week by the end of the program. During this time period, modalities are still used regularly. The overall goal is to increase strength and stamina through the use of an extensive exercise routine. The treatment plan addresses specific parts of the job that are limited due to injury. Our staff works hard to simulate the aspects of the job that each individual needs to address.
