Low Back Program
Lower back pain occurs due to several causes such as muscle strain, incorrect posture,
over-use, and spinal injuries, etc. Most people have reasons for general back pain,
but conditions like Osteoarthritis, Herniated Disc, Degenerative Disc, Spondylolisthesis,
and Spinal Stenosis are never general, so the specific reason behind it must be
diagnosed and treated. Our physiotherapists study your medical history, evaluate
your current condition, examine problems to determine all major causes of the condition,
and then design a fast recovery therapy program. Physical therapists also provide
initial education about the problem and guide the patient in daily routine, how
to correct body postures during all daily activities, self-stretching exercises
and various motions to improve nutrition to spinal discs, care of the spine and
precautions to make their recovery fast and (alleviate or eliminate) the pain long
term.
